missingWrote a review on Dec 20clean roomgreat value for moneyfriendly staffno breakfastcramped space
The room was clean and had a great view of the tower. It was super quiet at night. the staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed. it's ideal for a short stay. we were a family of 5 and fit well for just one night. it was a comfy place for our overnight trip, great value for money.
the room felt a bit cramped for 5 of us with luggage, and there's no breakfast available right now due to refurbishment.

Oh mate, the dining scene was a treat! I dived into some fresh fish from Yorkshire Fisheries just down the road—top-notch, seriously. the location is mint, only 5 minutes from the iconic tower!
Absolutely shocking! From the rude welcome to the state of the room—stains everywhere, dampness, and a dodgy bunk bed. £52 down the drain, and basic hygiene seems to be a foreign concept here.

Proximity to local tram services, electric heater provision for colder seasons
Rooms need a serious deep clean to remove grime and stains!!! The misleading online portrayal doesn't reflect the actual state of the property!!!

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The staff was welcoming and offered assistance during our stay. The hotel's location provides excellent access to local attractions, making it convenient for exploring Blackpool.
The room we received was unclean, with linens that appeared dirty, leading to a highly unsatisfactory experience. Amenities were also lacking as there was no functioning heating during our visit.

missingWrote a review on Aug 31comfortable beddecent sleepno street noisedodgy bunk bedsticky floor
The room was a bit cramped with a dodgy bunk bed that felt like it could fall apart. The floor was sticky, and the curtains did nothing to block out the bright floodlight outside. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep, and there was surprisingly no noise from the street. it needs some serious cleaning and updates.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy lounge where I spent my evenings relaxing with a good book, and I loved the peaceful garden area perfect for morning coffee. The hotel offers some nice opportunities to unwind, like yoga classes and a game room. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn’t really break my vibe. 😊

missingWrote a review on May 18pleasant stafffree wi-filack of cleanlinessclosed lounge barno breakfast
The staff was pleasant and eager to assist, which made the stay more bearable. the refurbishment meant no breakfast was available, and the lounge bar was closed, giving an unwelcoming feel to the place. The room had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, but the bathroom conditions left much to be desired, lacking basic cleanliness and causing discomfort during the stay.
